Aphrodite P (LA/CL) sutures are manufactured using raw materials that are 100% made in Japan by GUNZE. These absorbable sutures are prone to hydrolysis due to moisture, but the company carefully controls the moisture content by using a vacuum dehydrating process that takes a long time but ensures excellent quality.

The moisture content is kept under 200PPM, which is very strict compared to the standard 500PPM. One of the remarkable strengths of Aphrodite P (LA/CL) is that it doesn't require a new application for the procedure.
